On 10 August of 2002 years is reorganized in the international public organization the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style"

Center is created for the purpose of the development of the state program of the "patriotic training of the citizens of Russian federation on 2001 - 2005 years", and the consolidation of the activity of the organs/controls of the state authority of all levels, scientific and educational establishments, veteranskikh, youth, other public and religious organizations, creative unions on the basis of program methods and united state policy in accordance with the concept of the national security of Russian federation and preparation for population into the region of protection from the extraordinary situations and the decisions of government RF "about the order of the preparation for population in the region of protection from the extraordinary situations"#738 from 24.07.1995 year.

They enter into the tasks of center:

revival, generalization and the development of the richest cultural heritage of our ancestors in the region of spiritual and physical development, in particular, Russian hand-to-hand fighting, propaganda and the popularization of his humanistic essence among the wide strata of society;

the military patriotic training of young generation, preparation for the service in the Russian army, work with the children and the adolescents;

scientific research work in the region of the development of Russian combat skill and problems of the survival of man under the extreme conditions;

the study of psychological, spiritual, biochemical, technical and physiological mechanisms;

medical- pedagogical control of the physical development, the preparedness and the status of the health of those, who pass instruction in the center;

the centralization of the teaching of the system A.A. Of Kadochnikov;

the production of the books, systematic literature, booklets, another printed production, symbolism and atributiki, and also the release/issue of video films.

Center organizes seminars with the participation of A.A. Kadochnikov on the theme:"hand-to-hand fighting of the style of A.A. Kadochnikov as the means of the survival of man in the extreme situations" in Tver and Moscow, and also seminars class master for the instructors into Krasnodar. Collection to the confrontation and correspondence instruction in the specialty is produced:the "bases of safety of vital activity".

Statement of the President of international public organization the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style"
For the purpose of centralization and systematization of the teaching of the system A.A.Kadochnikov in all regions of Russia, and also in the countries of neighbor and distant zarubezh'ya the management/manual of "center" accepted the solution:

To consider from 22 March 2002 years ineffective of the right of the teaching of the system Of Kadochnikova by other schools, by centers, by associations/unifications, and also by instructors, who work with the use of a name A.A. Kadochnikov.
To consider it as those lost the force of right and certification to the teaching for the instructors, who work along this system in all regions of Russia and in the countries of neighbor and distant foreign.
From the moment/torque of the publication of statement the right of the teaching of the system Kadochnikov have only legal persons, officially litsenzirovannye by the management/manual of the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style" and received license with the signature of the President of center.
Right to the independent teaching of the system A.A. Kadochnikov will be given to instructors, who passed certification and re-certification in the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style" and by that received certifications to the right of the teaching of this direction over the personal signature of the President of center.
According to law "about the copyright and the adjacent rights", is forbidden the use of a name "Aleksey Alekseyevich Kadochnikov" with the publication in the means of mass information without the review of the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style".
Monographs, methodology grants, pamphlets, articles, etc. literature in the direction of the system A.A. Of Kadochnikova before the publication are obligated to pass review in the scientific division of the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style".
Production, circulation, propagation, translation and delivery into the rolling of audio and video of materials in the direction of the system A.A. Kadochnikov are forbidden without the review of the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting A.A. Kadochnikov "Russian style".
To the organizations and those, who disrupt data of the requirement of the center of Russian hand-to-hand fighting "Russian style", with the assistance to the federations of hand-to-hand fighting of the security services and law, will be used the measures for juridical action, according to laws RF:

Vadim Starov is the director of the hand-to-hand fighting centre "Russian style". A reserve officer was engaged at hand-to-hand fighting under the management of Alexey Kadochnikov. In 2001 established the international centre of Russian hand-to-hand fighting "Russian style" on the basis of "Kadochnikov School" (Krasnodar), Federation of hand-to-hand fighting of the service of security and law and order (Tver), Russian hand-to-hand fighting centre. For the past period has recommended himself as the excellent organizer and head of the centre "Russian style". More than 50 seminars and military-training gatherings were held together with A.Kadochnikov, highly-qualified instructors in different cities in Russia and abroad.

Methodical video-materials, books, chevrons, emblems etc. were published. A 5 years training course of hand-to-hand fighting with attestation, assignment of categories and distribution of certificates was worked out together with A.Kadochnikov. Is professionally engaged in hand-to-hand fighting: the instructor in hand-to-hand fight and combat training of the Russian army, the teacher of rates on safety and a survival among civilians in Tver, a member of the security council of Tver administration.
